Blizzard V

Our robot for 2004 is somewhat of an oddity; in the past, we have stuck to the mantras of KISS, "ugly may win," and the basic belief that a robot that was amazing at doing one thing was better than a robot that was mediocre at everything. This year, because of the complexity of the game, and the fact that our experience should dictate what we can and cannot try with out robot's construction, we decided to make an equally complex robot. We decided we would like to be amazing... at everything.

No kidding. Our robot is, we would guess, in the top five most powerful FIRST robots ever created. It can reach long distances, manipulate balls, and function autonomously. It has been battle-tested. We could go on, but we'll let our promo do the rest of the talking.
